摘　　要：通过一个实例说明在Master CAM软件仿真过程中刀具的选择及参数的设置对零件加工仿真的真实性的影响。并通过改变刀具的参数,阐述合适的刀具参数在数控仿真加工中的重要性。提出的方法对于数控机床中通过自动编程实现复杂零件的正确加工有一定的参考价值。Through an example, this article illustrate that the influence of selection and the parameter setting of cutter on the authenticity of simulation in Master CAM. And this parper illustrates the importance of the appropriate cutting parameters in the NC machining ,by changing the parameters of cutting tool.The proposed method of this article has certain reference value for realizing correct processing of complex parts by automatic programming in NC machine.
