摘  要:根据无锡某公司的项目设计要求,基于SPC统计分析算法,介绍了1种SCADA模式的空压机监控系统,具体阐述了系统的拓扑结构以及设计中的关键技术。通过该系统的实际运行,能实时地显示空压机各参数的趋势变化,同时能够进行参数的存储,并能通过SPC判异规则的选取、SPC控制图上下限以及均值的更新,进行历史数据和实时数据的异常判定和报警,为设备维护人员远程监控带来了方便,并为上层管理人员对设备的调度、保养等提供了一定的理论依据。Based on the design requirements of the project in Wuxi, the monltonng system by utilizing the statistic control algorithm (SPC) was demonstrated. The supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) mode was adopted in this system. The key technology and the topological structure of the system were illustrated specially in this paper. By running the system, it could display the change trends of the real parameters which directly reflected the working conditions of the air compressor. More importantly, the system could realize the functions such as the data store, data analysis, and abnormal data detection etc.. When the judging rules were selected and the range of dates was specified, the configuration project could not only update the upper and loser limits of the SPC control chart, but also could alarm when the abnormal data appeared. This system could provide remote monitoring equipment maintenance personnel with the convenient, and it could provide some theoretical basis for the upper management in maintenance or scheduling for manufacturing equipment.
