摘 要:通过电化学阻抗谱和极化曲线研究了三乙醇胺(TEA)和钨酸钠复配对黄铜在模拟热电厂冷却水中的缓蚀作用。结果表明,TEA和Na2WO4单一使用时对黄铜都具有一定的缓蚀作用,TEA的最佳缓蚀浓度为30mg.L-1,缓蚀效率为45.35%。Na2WO4的最佳缓蚀浓度为20mg.L-1,缓蚀效率达77.35%。在缓蚀剂总浓度为20mg.L-1时,TEA和Na2WO4的复配对黄铜具有很明显的缓蚀效果,TEA和Na2WO4最佳配比为1∶9,缓蚀效率可达89%。The corrosion inhibition of brass in simulated cooling water by complex of triethanolamine (TEA) and Na2WO4 was investigated by means of electrochemical impedance and polarization techniques. The results indicated that both TEA and Na2 WO4 were able to inhibit the corrosion of brass in simulated cooling water. TEA showed the best inhibition effect on brass corrosion at the TEA concentration of 30 mg · L -1, and the inhibition efficiency was 45.35%. Na2WO4 showed the best inhibition effect on brass corrosion at the NaeWO4 concentration of 20 mg· L- 1, and the inhibition efficiency was 77. 35%. At the total inhibitor concentration of 20 mg· L-1 , the complex of TEA and NaeWO4 had a good synergistic effect, and the optimum ratio of TEA to NaeWO4 was 1 : 9, corrosion inhibition efficiency was 89.08%.
