摘　　要：通过扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析、电化学阻抗及耐中性盐雾试验,对脱漆彩涂板表面形貌、化学组成及耐蚀性能进行测试,分析彩涂板在加工使用过程中发生局部脱漆缺陷的原因。结果表明,脱漆缺陷导致彩涂板耐腐蚀性能明显下降,避免脱漆缺陷应严格控制前处理钝化工艺,保证钝化层的涂敷量和均匀性。The surface morphology, chemical composition and corrosion resistance of the prepainted sheets with coating peeling were tested by SEM, EDS, EIS and NSST（Neutral Salt Spray Test）. The cause of coating peeling and its influence on corrosion resistance of prepainted sheets were analyzed by contract testing. The improving measure was proposed to improve the machining property and corrosion resistance of the prepainted sheets.
