摘  要:为了研究对乙酰氨基酚和乙酰半胱氨酸单用或联用对仔猪免疫应激性炎症的影响,试验采用脂多糖(LPS)诱导的方法建立仔猪外周血单核细胞免疫应激模型和仔猪整体免疫应激模型对其进行研究。结果表明:在体外试验中,对乙酰氨基酚和乙酰半胱氨酸单用或联用均能抑制LPS诱导后单核细胞前列腺素E2(PGE2)的释放和环氧化酶2(COX-2)活性的升高,联合用药组间均有协同作用。在体内试验中,对乙酰氨基酚和乙酰半胱氨酸单用均能抑制LPS诱导后仔猪血浆中PGE2的释放,联用后对PGE2的释放有显著抑制作用(P<0.05),两药物间有协同作用;对乙酰氨基酚和乙酰半胱氨酸单用或联用对仔猪血浆中COX-2活性的影响无显著差异。To study the effects of acetaminophen and acetylcysteine adminstered alone or in combination on inflammation caused by immune stress in piglets, the lipopolysaccharide(LPS) -induced immune stress models were established in piglet peripheral blood monocytes and in pig-lets. The result showed that in the vitro tests, acetaminophen and acetylcysteine adminstered alone or in combination could inhibit the release of monocyte prostaglandin E2 ( PGE2 ) and the increasing activity of cyclooxygenase - 2 ( COX - 2 ) after LPS induction, and there were synergies between the combination treatment groups. In the vivo tests, acetaminophen or acetylcysteine admiastered alone could inhibit the release of PGE2 in the plasma of piglets, and there was a significant inhibition (P 〈 0.05 ) of PGE2 in the treatment of acetaminophen in combination with acetyleysteine, and there was synergy between acetaminophen and acetylcysteine. The results indicate that there are no significant differ-enees on the activity of COX-2 in piglets plasnm with acetaminophen and acetylcysteine administered alone or in combination.
