摘　　要：目的探讨严重低钠血症的诊治思路。方法回顾分析严重低钠血症的诊治经过。结果所有病例均治愈或好转出院。结论治疗严重低钠血症的关键是寻找病因,根据不同的病因采取不同的治疗措施。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of severe hyponatremia.Methods The clinical data of all patients with hyponatremia were retrospectively analyzed.Results All cases were cured or improved.Conclusion The important point is to find the cause of hyponatremia.Deferent therapies should be chosen according to the causes of disease.
