摘  要:以带45°斜肋的燃气轮机内流方形通道为对象,采用数值模拟的方法对其内部的流场和温度场进行了研究,通过对通道在不同转速下的流场和温度场的计算结果对比可知:旋转状态下,通道内各面换热的变化是和通道内流场的变化密切相关的,其中由于哥氏力的不均匀分布,中间大四周小,使得二次流旋涡偏向尾缘;转速越高,温度梯度越大;同时,随着旋转数的增加努塞尔数增大,换热效果增强,并且通道的前表面要比后表面换热效果好。Numerical calculation of three- dimensional flow and heat transfer are presented for a rotating square channel with 45 ° angled ribs, and the detailed flow field and temperature field at different rotating speed are displayed. It was found that the heat transfer performance of the channel is closely related to the internal flow field which was induced by the rotation. The uneven distribution of the Coriolis force makes the secondary flow vortex pair moving towards the trailing edge; with the increase of the rotating speed, the temperature gradient increases; at the same time, along with the increasing rotation number, Nu number also increases ; and the leading surface has better heat transfer effect than that of the trailing surface.
