摘  要:在分析我国和河北省小额贷款公司人才培养模式现状的基础上,找出了小额贷款公司人才培养模式所面临的问题,并针对所面临的问题提出相关建议,期望能够为我国小额贷款公司人才的培养提供新的思路。对小额贷款公司的发展与增强小额贷款公司的竞争力,具有十分重要的意义。In recent years,as a new type of rural financial institutions,the petty loan companies have got rapid development and pay an important part in financial supporting to small enterprises and "Sannong" services under the support of different departments.But the petty loan companies exist the problems such as lack of financial knowledge and experience shortage,which has become the important factor of restricting its development.Based on the analysis of talent training mode of China's small loan company,problems of personnel training mode in petty loan companies are found out,and some related proposals are put forward.It hopes to provide new ideas for small loan company talents training.It has very important significance for the development of petty loan companies and the competitiveness enhancement of small loan companies.
