摘 要:目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定利胆排石片中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用色谱柱为Chromanalysis ODS柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(48:52:1);检测波长278 nm;柱温20℃;流速1.0 mL/min。结果黄芩苷在2.55~20.4μg/mL的范围内浓度对峰面积具有良好的线性关系。黄芩苷平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.47%。结论建立的HPLC法操作简便、灵敏度高、精密度好,可为利胆排石片的质量控制提供依据。Objective To develop a method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) to determine the content of baicalin in lidanpaishi tablet. Methods The chromatographic column was (4.6 minx 250 minx 5μm), the mobile phase was the methanol-water-glacial- acetic-acid mixture with the flow rate of 1. 0 mL/ rain-l, the determination wave length was 278 nm, and the column temperature was 20 ℃. Results A good linearity existed between the content of baicalin in lidanpaishi tablet and the peak area in the rang of 2.55-20.4μg/ml. The average recovery of baicalin was 100.1 % (RSD= 1.47%). Conclusion The HPLC method can be efficiently used for the quality control of lidanpaishi tablets.
