摘 要:风电场宏观选址是风电项目建设前期一项承上启下的工作,为风电项目规划和开发提供有力的技术支撑。运用模糊层次分析法,对风电场进行选址决策。通过对选址因素的综合分析,建立风电场选址决策的层次结构模型;对选址因素两两比较,比较结果用三角模糊数表示,构造模糊判断矩阵;判定矩阵的一致性,进行层次单排序;选取模糊评语集,给出层次结构模型最低层各因素的隶属度向量;最后结合因素权重进行方案的综合排序,实现风电场的优化选址。A solution based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) is proposed to solve the problem which have a variety of optional location for wind farm site selection. Four factors including geographical, technical, economic, environmental are chosen, and the hierarchical structure of wind farm site selection is built; the comparison matrix of factors and the priority matrix of programs are structured by taking the triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix as the basic mathematical model. The triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix is converted into precise matrix and the weight of each factor is calculated. The fuzzy evaluation matrixs of the options are built by choosing the proper fuzzy evaluation set and the comprehensive assessment and sort of the programs are griven out by sloving up from the lowest layer of the hierarchical structure, which is combined with the weight vectors of the factors. And by the analysis of an concrete example, the method about wind farms location decisions turns out to be effective and correct.
