摘　　要：2008年的全球金融危机使美国将目光重新转向经济高速增长的亚太地区,以寻求扩大出口,振兴经济。为此,它"劫持"了由小国构成、更易驾驭的TPP。同时,美国意识到要实现扩大出口的目标,拥有巨大国内市场的同盟国日本的参加必不可少。一般认为,美国试图以TPP来迫使日本加快农产品市场开放的进程,扩大对日本农产品出口。对此,本文指出通过谈判迫使日本放弃对投资及金融服务市场的管制才是美国TPP经贸战略的核心意图。The global financial crisis occurred in 2008 redirected U.S.attention to the Asia-Pacific area,which had achieved rapid economic growth,in order to boost domestic economy by seeking a way to expand American export.As a consequence,the United States 'kidnapped' the TPP composed of small powers;meanwhile,the United States realized that to accomplish its goal of export expansion,it is fundamental to bring Japan into TPP because Japan owns a huge domestic market.This essay tries to show out that the core intention of the TPP trade strategy of the United States is to force Japan to deregulate the investment and financial service market.
