摘　　要：发展型国家是国际政治经济学和比较政治经济学在发展模式和发展战略领域探讨的重要课题,其突出特点是政府按照竞争优势有选择地支持战略性产业,实现经济的赶超和发展。本文从货币制度的视角梳理了日本从明治维新到大萧条初期实施产业发展战略的历史脉络,为理解日本的发展型国家提供新的历史经验。One of the key features of developmental state like Japan is the selective support of strategic industries by the government according to the principle of competitive advantage as a means to achieve economic catch-up and development.This article is a historical study of Japan's industrial development strategy from the Meiji Restoration to the beginning of the Great Depression.Examining from the perspective of monetary institution,it provides new empirical evidence in understanding the historical origin of Japan's developmental state.
