摘  要:目的比较两个产地、三个采集期的罗布麻和大叶白麻中芦丁与绿原酸含量,以此为依据评判大叶白麻是否可完全替代罗布麻入药,并为两种植物人工栽培场地的选择提供参考。方法采用HPLC法对大叶白麻和罗布麻的同一生境和不同生境、相同采集期和不同采集期以及不同器官中芦丁和绿原酸含量进行比较。结果在本实验条件下,就芦丁含量而言,精河产地在初花期和盛花期采摘罗布麻叶最佳。就绿原酸含量而言,库尔勒产地在结荚期采摘罗布麻叶最佳。结论大叶白麻不能完全替代罗布麻入药。Objective To compare rutin and chlorogenic acid contents in Apoacynum venetum and Poacynum hendersonii from two areas at three periods,so to decide that whether the P.hendersonii can completely replace the A.venetum used as medicine.Methods HPLC method was used to determine the contents of rutin and chlorogenic acid in A.venetum and P.hendersonii growing in the same or areas,the same or different periods as well as their different organs.Results Under this experimental conditions,as far as rutin content,leaves of A.venetum picked on early flowering and flowering stages of Jinghe origin were the best.For chlorogenic acid content,leaves of A.venetum picked on podding stage of Jinghe origin were the best.Conclusion The P.hendersonii can not replace A.venetum entirely used as medicine.
