摘  要:目的研究大孔吸附树脂纯化舒胸滴丸中川芎和红花混合提取液的工艺参数。方法以川芎总酚和红花黄色素的转移率为指标,比较不同大孔树脂富集川芎总酚和红花黄色素成分的性能,并筛选最佳树脂的纯化工艺。结果 HPD-450型树脂综合性能最好,其纯化工艺条件为:上样浓度为0.4 g(生药).ml-1,以1 ml.min-1进行动态吸附,药材和树脂的重量比为0.81∶1,依次用6 BV 30%和5 BV 50%乙醇洗脱,收集50%乙醇溶液,浓缩干燥,即得川芎和红花混合提取物。结论经HPD-450大孔吸附树脂纯化舒胸滴丸中川芎和红花混合提取液的转移率较高,工艺路线可行。Objective To investigate the purification process of the mixture extraction of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.and Cathamus tinctorius L.with macroreticular resin.Methods With the transfer rate of safflower yellow and total phenolic acid of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.as marker,the optimal technology was obtained by comparing the different types of macroreticular resins.Results HPD-450 macroreticular resin showed excellent property.The technological parameters were as follows:the ratio of resin to material drug was 0.81∶1,and sample(0.4 g·ml-1) was absorbed in the resin with the absorption flow rate at 1 ml·min-1.Then sample was eluted with 6BV 30%ethanol,8 BV 50% ethanol through HPD-450 resin.Finally,50 % ethanol elution was collected and dried.Conclusion The purification method described in this paper is suitable for obtaining the better transfer rate,and it is also feasible.
