摘  要:目的研究翠云草Selaginella uncinata(Desv.)Spring全草的60%乙醇提取物中黄酮及酚性成分。方法对翠云草全草的60%乙醇提取物依次用乙酸乙酯和正丁醇进行萃取,萃取物经硅胶、sephadex LH-20、ODS柱色谱以及反相制备型高效液相色谱法等现代分离方法进行了分离纯化,利用现代波谱学方法对分离得到的化合物的结构进行了鉴定。结果从翠云草中分离得到4个黄酮及酚性化合物,分别为(2S)2,3-二氢-7''-甲氧基扁柏双黄酮(I)、芹菜素(Ⅱ)、3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基-苯乙酮(Ⅲ)及阿魏酸(Ⅳ)。结论化合物III、IV为首次从本属植物分离得到,化合物I、II为首次从该种植物分离得到。Objective To study the flavonoids and phenolic constituents from Selaginella uncinata(Desv.) Spring.Methods 60% ethanol extract of the Selaginella uncinata(Desv.) Spring was extracted by the ethyl acetate and n-butanol.The compounds were isolated by means of chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column,ODS column,and preparative RP-HPLC from the ethyl acetate extract.The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic analysis.Results Four phenolic compounds were isolated as(2S) 2,3-dihydroisocryptomerin(I),apigenin(II),3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxypropiophenone(III) and ferulic acid(IV).Conclusion Compounds III and IV were obtained from the genus for the first time,and compounds I and II were isolated from this plant for the first time.
