天钩降压胶囊质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立天钩降压胶囊质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对其中的天麻、钩藤、杜仲、黄芩、牡丹皮进行鉴别;采用HPLC法测定其中天麻素的含量。色谱条件:YMC-Pack ODS-AQ柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(3∶97)为流动相,流速为1 ml/min,检测波长为220 nm。结果薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;天麻素在0.190 4～1.142 4μg(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.78%,RSD为1.20%。结论该方法可准确用来定性、定量检测,具有简便、准确及专属性强的特点,可用于天钩降压胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for quality control of Tiangou Jiangya capsule.Methods Gastrodia rhizoma,Uncaria ramulus cum uncis,Eucommiae cortex,Scutellariae radix and Moutan cortex were identified by TLC.Gastrodia was determined by HPLC.The separation was performed on YMC-Pack ODS-AQ column（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid aqueous solution（3：97）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm.Results Spots were obtained from the test solutions and without interference.The linear ranges of Gastrodia was 0.1904~1.1424μg（r=0.999 9）and the average recovery was 98.78%（RSD=1.20%）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of Tiangou Jiangya capsule.
