滋补肝肾法治疗帕金森病的临床疗效观察及机理探讨

摘　　要：目的观察滋补肝肾法治疗帕金森病(PD)的临床疗效。方法对30例PD患者进行治疗前后Webster量表以及帕金森病统一评分量表(UPDRS)中第一至四部分的评定,对比治疗前后Webster量表、UPDRS的积分变化,并通过中医老年颤证功能障碍记分法计算减分率。结果 30例PD患者治疗前后,改良Webster总积分改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);UPDRS中日常生活活动、运动功能以及并发症积分改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);30例PD患者治疗3个月之后,进步4例,稍有进步12例,无效14例,总有效率53%。结论滋补肝肾为主的方法治疗帕金森病具有一定临床疗效,对PD患者的日常生活活动、运动功能以及治疗并发症有一定程度的改善作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nourishing liver and kidney in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease（PD）.Methods Scored the 30 cases of PD patients by Webster scale and the first to the fourth part of UPDRS before and after treatment separately,compared the score changes of each scale before and after treatment,and calculated the deduction rate by the tremor syndrome dysfunction scoring method of traditional Chineses medicine（TCM）.Results After a 3-month treatment for the 30 cases of PD patients,there existed statistical significance compared the integrals of the overall Webster scale before and after treatment（P0.05）;When evaluated by UPDRS,the differences also had statistical significance（P0.05） on the integrals before and after treatment on the daily life part,motor examination part,and complications;after the 3-month treatment,4 cases of the 30 PD patients were progressive,12 cases were slightly progressive,14 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 53%.Conclusion The method of nourishing liver and kidney is effective in certain degrees for the clinical treatment of PD,and it shows improvement in certain degrees on the daily life,motor function,and complications.
