森林旅游低碳化运作模式构建研究——基于利益相关者视角

摘　　要：以利益相关者理论为指导,提出我国森林旅游低碳化涉及四大关键利益相关者,即政府部门、旅游企业、游客和社区居民,进而分析了这四大关键利益相关者在森林旅游中的低碳化行为现状,并在此基础上构建了森林旅游低碳化的运作模式,建立了森林旅游低碳化运行机制。This paper presents the forest tourism low-carbonize involves four key stakeholders in China guided by stakeholder theory,as the government departments,tourism enterprises,tourists and community residents. The operational model of the forest tourism low-carbonize is constructed based on the analysis of low-carbon behaviors of the four key stakeholders in the forest tourism. Finally,it establishes the operating mechanism of the forest tourism low-carbonize.
