森工企业现代管理能力模糊综合评价——基于龙江森工与吉林森工的对比研究

摘　　要：通过对比黑龙江省森工企业与已经完成改革转制的吉林森工的组织管理现状,从企业创新水平、职能管理水平等方面构建了森工企业现代管理能力评价指标体系,以及森工企业现代管理能力的模糊综合评价模型,进行实证分析,分别得到黑龙江省森工企业与吉林森工集团现代管理能力的综合评估值,从具体指标层面找出黑龙江省森工企业组织管理的不足和差距,客观分析原因,并给出合理建议。Accompanied by the deepening of the reform of state-owned forestry enterprises, traditional state-owned forestry enterprises have been actively building modern management system, and their capacity in organization and management has been significantly enhanced, but part of the enterprises have not yet completed the conversion. China’s forestry enterprises’capacity in the organization and management is gradually emerging trend of＂polarization＂. Compared LJFE（Long Jiang Forestry Enterprise） with JLFE （Ji Lin Forestry Enterprise） organization and management status quo, paper built the forest enterprises modern management capability evaluation index system, and also built a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, through the empirical analysis, paper get the the value of the enterprises’modern management ability, and identify the shortcomings and gaps of the organization and management of forestry enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, analyze the objective reasons, make a reasonable proposal.
