摘 要:以山东某地产烟煤为还原剂、QM为助还原剂,对内蒙古某难选赤铁矿石进行直接还原—两段阶段磨矿、阶段弱磁选试验,在还原剂和助还原剂与矿石的质量比分别为40%和30%、直接还原温度为1 200℃、直接还原时间为3 h、两段磨矿细度分别为-0.074 mm占70.63%和-0.043 mm占90.48%、两段弱磁选磁场强度均为110 kA/m的条件下,获得了铁品位和铁回收率分别为91.74%和91.46%的粉末铁产品,从而为该铁矿石的开发利用提供了备选技术方案。With bituminous coal from Shandong as reducing agent,and QM as assistant reducer,the experiment on refractory hematite ore from Inner Mongolia was carried out by the process of direct reduction-two-stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation.The results show that under the conditions of reducer and assistant reducer with dosage of 40% and 30% and roasting at 1 200 ℃ for 3 h,grinding size at first-stage of 70.63%-0.074 mm and two-stage of 90.48%-0.043 mm,magnetic intensity of 110 kA/m,the powder iron with Fe grade of 91.74% and Fe recovery of 91.46% was obtained.It provides an alternative proposal for the development and utilization of the iron ore as this kind.
