摘  要:针对目前SF6断路器的气体压力低闭锁回路由于使用了中间继电器,有可能因中间继电器故障而无法闭锁分合闸回路或不能及时发闭锁信号的问题,文中通过分析几种典型的断路器设备厂家在压力低闭锁回路设计方案上存在的利弊,提出了将中间继电器闭锁回路的单动断触点改为双动断触点串联,以及将发信回路的单动合触点改为双动合触点并联等改进方法,简单、有效地解决了压力低闭锁及发信回路存在的可靠性低问题。Due to use of the intermediate relay in existing SF6 circuit breakers' gas low pressure block loop, there may not block the closes opening and closing loop caused by fault of intermediate relay or can not send out block signal immediately. In view of this problem, by comparing several typical circuit breaker manufacturers' design advantages and disadvantages in the low pressure block loop, some improved methods are introduced, such as changing the block loop's single normally-closed contact of intermediate relays to two normally-closed contacts, changing the block signal' s single normally-open contact to parallel two normally-open contacts, etc. The low pressure block and low reliability of signal-sending loop have been simply and effectively solved.
