摘  要:列举了干法大棒形产品的三种吸红缺陷。黑芯、黄芯两种吸红缺陷仅通过调节烧成制度就可解决,重点从原料及配方、烧成止火制度、干坯孔隙率等方面探讨了第三种吸红缺陷的产生原因,并提出了解决措施:严格控制原料及配比;制定适宜的烧成止火制度;降低干坯孔隙率。Three red absorption defects on big rod products of dry process were listed,the defects of black core and yellow core could be solved by adjusting firing system,and reason of the third defect was discussed with some emphasis in the aspects of raw materials and formula,firing and stop-fire system,and dry billet porosity,and the solutions were proposed: Strictly control the raw materials and the ratios;formulating appropriate firing and stop fire system;reduce dry billet porosity.
