摘 要:基于GB18802.1-2011,对MOV进行8/20μs冲击电流试验时,经常发现当冲击电流归零后,残压或者持续一段时间归零(正峰)、或者过零(反峰)后再归零。为解释这一普遍存在的试验现象,对冲击试验回路在带负载情况下进行了等效电路分析,并利用试验得出:由于冲击后主回路开关不能迅速切断回路,使电容器上残余电荷形成的电压加在试品上导致电流过零后还存在残压,其值等于电容器残余电荷形成的电压,持续时间为开关关断所用时间。Based on GB18802.1-2011,when 8/20μs impulse current is applied on MOV,it is always found that when impulse current became zero,the residual voltage may either hold for a moment then become zero(positive peak) or become zero after zero passage(negative peak).To explain the widespread test phenomenon,an equivalent circuit analysis are carried out on the impulse test circuit and the test results obtained that: since the switch couldn't switch off the circuit quickly enough,the residual voltage formed by residual charge of the capacitance is applied on the test sample,which cause that the residual voltage still exist after current zero passage,the value is equal to the voltage formed by the residual charge of the capacitance,the duration is the time of switched off.
