摘 要:对山西某矿区瓦斯电厂变电站进线遭受雷击,雷电过电压入侵变电站损坏主变绝缘的典型事故,进行了分析与讨论。分析了变电站进线段接地电阻过高、站内绝缘配合不当、山区地理等方面因素。通过计算该线路耐雷水平,高电压实验室试验测得绝缘子的雷电冲击电压值,针对绝缘子被雷击烧灼,提出加装绝缘子保护间隙的措施,对比计算加装绝缘子保护间隙对雷击跳闸率的影响。最终分析了进线杆塔加装绝缘子保护间隙的可行性,并提出了相关改防雷改造措施。Aimed at a typical accident of a gas power plant line being struck by lightning,and lightning over-voltage invasion the main substation and damage the main transformer insulation in a mining area of Shanxi Province,analysis and discussion are carried out.The aspects that grounding resistance of inlet wire section is too high,improper insulation coordination in the substation,mountain geography,and other factors are analyzed.Through the calculation of lightning withstanding level,and the lightning impulse voltage value of insulator tested in high voltage laboratory,it is proposed to add insulator protection gap for the insulator lightning cauterized,the impact of adding insulator protection gap on lightning trip-out rate is comparative calculated.Finally the feasibility of adding insulator protection gap on towers is analyzed,and the lightning protection reform measures are proposed.
