论西方国家金融与债务危机的阶段性特点、表现形式及演化趋势

摘　　要：西方国家金融与债务危机的形成和演变经历了不同历史阶段,在各阶段表现出差异性特点。根据金融与债务危机出现的年代顺序,西方国家金融与债务危机经历了萌芽与早期阶段、地区扩散与演化阶段、综合化发展阶段、交替影响与演化阶段和综合发展阶段等五个历史阶段,呈现出地区化、综合化与国际化的演变特点,显示了由简单到多样的表现形式。目前,西方国家的金融与主权债务危机已经成为影响和推动国际政治经济格局变化的关键因素和重要变革力量。我国应该抓住由西方国家金融与主权债务危机产生的国际经济秩序变革机遇,顺势推动国际经济新秩序的建立,妥善维护我国战略与安全利益。The form and evolution of financial and debt crisis in western countries experience different historical period,and show different characteristic during every period.According to the appearing chronological sequence of financial and debt crisis,the financial and sovereign debt crisis in western countries experience five historical periods such as germination and early development,spread in different areas and evolution,comprehensive development and alternate influence and evolution of regional and international financial and debt crisis,show the characteristics of regional,comprehensive and international evolution,and exhibit many form performances from simplicity to complication.At present,the financial and sovereign debt crisis already become key factor and important revolution power to influencing and impelling the change of international political and economic pattern.China should seize the opportunity of changing international economic order which is created by the financial and sovereign debt crisis in western countries,impel the establish of new international economic order,and protect the strategy and safe benefit of China.
