江苏高新区融入全球价值链高端的研究

摘　　要：全球经济一体化的发展,促使了全球价值链(GVC)的形成。江苏高新区作为高新技术产业集聚区,已嵌入全球价值链,成为世界制造业基地,但主导产业总体仍处于全球价值链低端,极易形成低端锁定,不利于高新区的可持续发展。从江苏各高新区主导产业发展状况出发,研究各高新区主导产业在全球价值链的"微笑"曲线所处位置以及升级模式,提出加强生产性服务业与高新区制造业有机融合,促进高新区产业链整合,培育与引进高端企业与高端价值模块,实施高端创新,以打造具有竞争力的高层次产业体系,推动高新区产业结构向高端演进,在经济全球化的大环境中居于优势地位。The development of global economic integration promotes the formation of the global value chain.As high-tech industry cluster area,Jiangsu High-tech Zone has been embedded in global value chains,but the leading industry in general is still at the lower end of the global value chains,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of high-tech zones.This paper studied the development of Jiangsu High-tech Zones,the leading industries location in global value chains ＂smile＂ curve and their upgrade model.The organic integration of producer services and the manufacturing of high-tech zones should be strengthened to promote the integration of industrial chain.To cultivate and introduce high-end enterprise and module of high-end value,as well as to implement the high-end innovation.The aim is to build a high-level competitive industrial system,promote the industrial structure of high-tech zones to high-end,be in a dominant position in the economic globalization.
