摘　　要：运用辩证观点来分析中国传统文化的当代价值与缺憾。在全球化与超全球化视野中,在前现代、现代与后现代并存的视域中,利用综合创新的方法来探析中国传统文化的精华与糟粕。中国传统文化的类型是趋善求治的道德政治型文化,强调道德的人本主义,忽视工艺钻研和器物制造。在建设现代化国家的今天,要注入现代要素,道器并重,以器阐道,以器护道,使二者相伴而行,成为现代化建设中的两翼,体现为文化与经济的并重且相互促进地和谐发展。中国传统文化的基本要点表现为自强不息,人间正道,贵和尚中、以民为本等等,值得自豪。同时在中国近代也形成了中国科技、制度、经济落伍的三大难题,即李约瑟科技哲学难题、斯密制度哲学难题、罗伯特产业哲学难题。重要的是要看到传统文化的不足、缺乏的一面,从缺憾中培养出新的文化增长点,进而发展繁荣传统文化。中国传统文化的最大缺憾是文化的现代化不足、文化的产业化不够,我们要大力发展文化产业,从而推动文化事业繁荣,促进传统文化与时俱进地大发展。We want to apply the dialectical view to analyze the contemporary value and defects of Chinese traditional culture.In the context of globalization and the globalization,in the pre modern,modern and post modern coexist perspective,we use the method of the integrated innovation to analyze essence and dross of Chinese traditional culture.Chinese traditional culture is of the type more good administration and moral politics culture,which emphasizes moral humanism,ignores the process study and utensil manufacture.We want to inject the modern element in the construction of modern country today,to emphasize Dao and Qi which explain and support each other.Thus,Dao and Qi work at the same time.They become the wings of the modern building,which is the embodiment of mutual promoting and harmonious development in the culture and economy.Chinese traditional culture has main points as follows： unremitting self-improvement,magnanimous,harmony,Zhongyong,humanistic and so on.At the same time there are three problems which are the Joseph Needham Problem of philosophy in science and technology,the Smith Problem of system philosophy and the Robert＇s Problem in philosophy of industry.It is important to see the traditional culture deficiency,to cultivate new growth point of cultural development and prosperity.The biggest shortcoming of Chinese traditional culture is the lack of cultural modernization and the industrialization of culture.We must vigorously develop the cultural industry,so as to promote the prosperity of cultural undertakings and the traditional culture with the development.
