摘  要:选用0、40%、70%、100%四个再生骨料掺量及0、0.5%、1%三个钢纤维掺量,对C20、C25、C30、C35不同强度等级的钢纤维再生混凝土进行了48组配合比试验研究,分析了再生骨料和钢纤维掺量这两个配合比因素对钢纤维再生混凝土劈裂抗拉强度及抗折强度的影响。试验结果表明:当钢纤维掺量为0.5%、1%时,再生混凝土抗折强度分别增加10%~27%、17%-40%,劈拉强度分别增加9%-14%、15%~21%。Regeneration aggregate which had different proportion (0,40%, 70%, 100% ) was selected, at the same time, steel textile fiber's ratio was 0,0.5%, 1%,with the purpose of researching the 48 groups different concrete proportion which had intensity levels as C20, C25, C30, C35. Then analysis the effect on splitting tensile strength and flexural strength what derived from the regeneration aggregate and the steel textile fiber. The allocated proportion test result showed:when the proportion of steel fiber was 0.5% the flexural strength of recycled concrete increased 10%-27%, the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete increased 9%-14%;when the proportion of steel fiber was 1% the flexnral strength of recycled concrete increased 17%-40%, the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete increased 1%-21%.
