摘  要:大理石抛光粉颗粒细小,可用作混凝土的掺合料,通过掺加大量的大理石抛光粉,可在保证胶凝材料用量(既保证自密实性)的前提下,制备成本较低的低强度等级自密实混凝土。采用大理石抛光粉替代部分水泥(10%~50%)制备C30自密实混凝土,结果表明掺加20%~30%的大理石抛光粉可有效改善C30自密实混凝土的流动性能、填充性能及抗离析性能,早期强度虽较低,但后期强度有较大幅度增长,可用于早期强度要求不高的工程中。Marble polishing powder,consisting of ultra-fine particles ,can be used as a mineral admixture in concrete.Low cost self-compacting concrete ( SCC ) with desirable workability can be prepared by replacing cement by marble polishing powder.The feasibility of preparation of C30 self-compacting concrete using marble polishing powder was examined.The results showed that self-compacting concrete with 20%-30% marble polishing powder had desirable workability, filling ability, and sieve stability,although with relative low early strengths,the late strength of self-compacting concrete increased gradually.Thus, these self-compacting concrete could be used in where high early strength was not required.
