摘  要:通过试验主要研究了针状硅灰石纤维掺量对抗裂抹面胶浆性能的影响,结果表明:随着针状硅灰石纤维掺量的增加,抗裂抹面胶浆的堆积密度随之降低,相同质量下的浆料体积增加,即增加了施工面积;而抗裂抹面胶浆达到相同稠度时的单位用水量随之增加,提高了抗裂抹面胶浆的保水性,改善了其施工性能;同时抗裂抹面胶浆的抗折强度有所提高,抗压强度略有下降,抗裂抹面胶浆的压折比显著下降,因而抗裂抹面胶浆有更好的柔韧性和抗裂性。随着可再分散胶粉掺量的增加,抗裂抹面胶浆的压折比也有所降低,但降低幅度比增加针状硅灰石纤维掺量的小,因此,通过增加针状硅灰石纤维掺量来降低抗裂抹面胶浆的压折比更为经济。每吨抗裂抹面胶浆中针状硅灰石纤维的推荐掺量为50~75kg。The effects of needle-like wollastonite fiber on properties of the anti-crack base coat were studied.The experiment results showed that, with the needle-like wollastonite fiber dosage increasing, the water consumption increased, it improved the water retention and workability of base coat, and the density was lower, under the same quality, the volume of anti-crack base coat increased, then the construction area increased.At the same time, the bending strength of anti-crack base coat was improved, the compressive strength was declined slightly, and the ratio of flexural strength to compressive strength of base coat reduced significantly,thus anti-crack base coat had better flexibility and crack resistance.As redis- persible polymer powder increased, the ratio of flexural strength to compressive strength of base coat was reduced, but the reduced range was smaller than needle-like wollastonite fiber increasing, it was more economic to reduce the ratio of flexural strength to compressive strength of base coat by increasing needle-like wollastonite fiber.The recommended dosage of needle-like wollastonite fiber was 50-75 kg/t.
