摘　　要：堆石混凝土不仅仅局限于大坝工程的应用,将会在大量的铁路工程中应用。总结了堆石混凝土施工管理现状(计划管理、技术管理、质量管理和成本管理四个方面),并提出了堆石混凝土挡土墙施工工序,展望了堆石混凝土施工管理研究应用趋势。Rock filled concrete is not only applied in the dam engineering, but will be applied in a large number of railway engineering.Summa- rized the construction management of rock filled concrete（ from project management,technology management, quality management and cost man- agement）, put forward the construction procedure of rock filled concrete retaining wall, and looked forward to the research trend of construction management of rock filled concrete.
