基于国民利益的国家经济安全及其评价

摘　　要：本文认为,在我国现实国体和国情下,全体国民的共同利益与国家利益高度一致,故应当将全体国民的共同利益作为思考国家经济安全问题的出发点和落脚点。维护基于国民利益的国家经济安全,就应该努力实现国民经济持续发展、国民财富合理分配、国民生活质量与国民经济同步提升。从基于国民利益的国家经济安全观出发,本文还对我国改革开放以来基于国民利益的国家经济安全态势、国民利益发展的地区差异进行了具体评价与客观总结。Interests of people are in high accord with interests of the country under the framework of China＇s system and conditions,hence interests of people should be regarded as the base of considering national economic security.The goals of national economic security based on interests of people are three manifolds： stable growth of economic,rationalization of wealth distribution,and quality of people＇s lives increasing simultaneously within economic growth.This paper also evaluates and summarizes the status of national economic security and the regional gaps based on interests of people since 1978.
