摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展,高技术产品贸易成为了各国在国际贸易中新的增长点。专利与贸易之间有着密切联系。欧盟是中国经贸合作的重要伙伴,在高技术产品贸易领域内也不例外,研究专利与中-欧高技术产品出口的关系具有现实意义。本文建立VAR模型对出口与专利的关系进行探讨,对中-欧高技术产品贸易的长远发展提出了一些政策建议。With the development of ST,high-tech products trade has become a new growth point in international trade.There is a close link between the patent strategy and international trade.The EU is an important partner in economic and trade cooperation of China,as well as the field of high-tech products trade.Study on patents and high-tech products trade in China-EU relations have practical significance.The paper builds the VAR model to explore the relationship between the export and patent.According to the study and consideration of long-term development of the China-EU high-tech products trade,the paper makes a number of policy recommendations.
