摘 要:近年来,外资酒店集团在我国全面扩张,业界关于国内五星级酒店市场发展前景存在较大争议。基于SCP范式对外资主导下的上海五星级酒店市场发展现状和演进趋势进行了系统分析,认为,市场结构将呈分散—集中的演进趋势,不断增加的市场供给会增大进入风险,进而导致市场壁垒逐步提高;市场行为方面将呈现多样化价格行为综合运用,竞合行为进一步强化的趋势。内资酒店集团一方面要提高自身经营管理水平,寻求合作,借助品牌及资本的力量实施扩张战略,另一方面要依靠政府资源,拓展新型旅游市场,抢得发展先机。With the full expansion of foreign hotel groups, there has been a big arguement on the prospects of domestic five-star hotels market in recent years. Based on the SCP theory, this paper analyzes the development status and evolution trend of the five- star hotels market in Shanghai comprehensively, which is dominated by the foreign hotel groups. The author considers that mar- ket structure will present a separation-concentration evolutionary trend. The increase of market supply raises more enter risks which will cause the enhancement of market barriers. And market conduct will show a comprehensive trend within a variety of price behaviors, further competition and cooperation behaviors. According to the analysis, the author considers that: on one hand, the domestic hotel groups should raise the management level, seek cooperation and carry out expansive strategy with the power of brand and capital; on the other hand, they should rely on government resources to develop new tourism market and seize development opportunities.
