摘  要:不同区域再生水的潜在价值是促进其推广利用的依据。以再生水回用标准、经济社会发展、天然水资源特征等为基础,结合水污染状况、水资源贫乏状况、经济发展和再生水水质共4类28项指标,建立了综合评价指标体系;基于改进的熵权法建立了再生水资源价值模糊综合评价模型,并以西安市等7个城市为例进行再生水价值评价。由评价结果可知,再生水资源价值商洛市最低,咸阳市最高,其余城市均存在中等以上的潜在价值,表明多数城市对再生水资源具有较大的市场需求,其需求程度受经济发展水平和水资源贫乏状况影响强烈。Potential value of reclaimed water in different regions is the base for its promoting its extension utilization.Based on reclaimed water reuse norms,socioeconomic development,and natural water resource behaviors,etc.and in combination with water pollution situations,water resource shortage,economic development and reclaimed water qualities of 28 indexes in 4 classes,the comprehensive assessment index system is established;and a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model is established based on the improved entropy weight method.Accordingly,reclaimed water value assessment is carried out with Xian municipality and other 6 cities in Shaanxi Province.It can be known from the assessed results that the reclaimed water resource value is the lowest in Shangluo municipality;the highest in Xianyang municipality;and there exists the intermediate potential value in the rest of other municipalities,thereby indicating that there will be a great market demand for reclaimed water resources in most of cities,whose demanding degree can strongly subject to economic development levels and poor water resources conditions.
