过渡经济视域下我国职业体育产权结构形成与改进分析

摘　　要：将我国职业体育产权问题放在我国体育事业转型与过渡发展实践中进行分析,研究认为:我国职业体育产权的源起理路有别于西方职业体育,是转轨利益协调的结果;在结构上,具有公私嵌套的模糊产权特征,具有一定的过渡合理性,也存在治理困境;在改进方面,应树立产权改进是我国职业体育发展结果的观点,优化职业体育市场机制是解决问题的关键。In this paper, we put the issue of property rights of China＇s professional sports on the transformation and development practice of China＇s sports. And we think that the professional sport property fights in China have different source from the Western, as a result of coordination of interests in transition; in the structure, the property fights of China＇s professional sports have the fuzzy characteristic as the public and private nested together, and show transition rationality, also the governance dilemma exists. About improvement, we should establish view as property fights improvements being the result of China＇s professional sports development, and optimizing the professional sports market mechanism to solve the problem.
