摘　　要：通过阐述铁路货运业务流程再造的内涵,说明货运电子商务是促进铁路货运业务流程再造的重要手段。在分析现有货运业务流程的基础上,分别从货物受理、运到交付、车辆配送,以及挂运、物流服务等主要环节,对电子商务模式下的货运业务流程进行分析。在基于电子商务模式下,铁路货运业务流程尤其是网上预订涉及的全部业务流程仍然需要不断优化,以确保实现全程物流流程的闭环运作模式。Through explaining the content of re-establishment of railway freight transport operation flow,this paper expounds the freight transport e-business is an important approach which promoting the re-establishment of railway freight transport operation flow.Based on analyzing existing freight transport operation flow,the paper analyzes the freight transport operation flow based on e-business mode from the aspects of main links,such as freight accepting,delivery,vehicles dispatching,coupling transport and logistic service.Under current freight transport e-business mode,the operation flow,especially the whole operation flow related to network reservation still need optimizing,so as to realize loop-closed operation mode for whole-process logistic flow.
