摘 要:以新疆常栽的6个加工番茄品种幼苗作为试材,分别在NaCl浓度为0,100,150,200,250,300mmol/L胁迫下测定其叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、细胞膜透性和丙二醛含量,综合评价6个加工番茄品种的抗盐性。结果表明,随NaCl浓度的增加,各加工番茄细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量和脯氨酸含量均显著增加,叶绿素含量均显著下降;低盐浓度(100,150mmol/L)和短期盐胁迫对植物生长有一定促进作用,但在200mmol/L NaCl胁迫下,各生理指标变化明显,NaCl浓度≥250mmol/L时植物出现死亡,初步推断加工番茄的耐盐阈值在200mmol/L左右。6个加工番茄品种抗盐性能力由强到弱依次为:农家小番茄、红果3号、精选87-5、天红666、红宝石3号、新引98-1。The objective of this research was to determine the chlorophyll content,proline content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,cell membrane permeability and MDA content of the six processing tomato varieties under the stress of different NaCl concentration of 0,100,150,200,250 and 300 mmol/L which were widely planted in Xinjiang as the experimental materials. The result showed that with the increasing of NaCl concentration,cell membrane permeability, MDA, soluble sugar, soluble protein and praline content of six processing tomato varieties were all increased significantly,but chlorophyll content was decreased obviously. Low NaCl concentration (100,150mmol/L) and short period salt stress had promoting function but the physiology index were increased significantly (decreased),when NaCl concentration was 200 mmol/L. When NaCl concentration was 250 mmol/L or more than 250 mmol/L, the plant would die. So it could be deduced the salt resistance threshold of six processing tomato varieties was about 200 mmol/L. The salt resistance ability of six processing tomato varieties from strong to weak is as fol lows. small farmhouse tomato,Red fruits 3,Jingxuan 87-5,Tianhong 666,Ruby 3 and Xinyin 98-1.
