摘  要:通过添加不同用量和种类的二硫化钼(MoS2)制备丁苯胶乳(SBRL)/MoS2复合材料,考察了复合材料的物理机械性能和耐磨性能。结果表明:随着MoS2用量增加,SBRL/MoS2复合材料的物理机械性能不断提高,摩擦因数不断降低,耐磨性能越好;MoS2经复配改性后,制备的SBRL/MoS2复合材料的物理机械性能和耐磨性能更好。By adding different quality copies and types of molybdenum sulfide(MoS2) prepared SBR latex/MoSs composite materials,physical mechanical properties and wear resistance of composite materials were studied. The results showed that The results showed that physical mechanical proper- ties of SBR/MoS2 composite was improved continuously, but the friction coefficient of SBR/MoS2 com- posite was decreased, and the wear resistance of SBR/MoS2 composite was improved with increasing the amount of MoS2. The mechanical properties and wear resistance of SBR/MoS2 composites were better by MoS2 powder that was modified with compound modification.
