摘 要:进行了稀土异戊橡胶(IR)与天然橡胶(NR)的并用研究,考察了IR/NR并用胶的混炼胶硫化特性、硫化胶物理机械性能和动态性能,并与NR进行了对比。结果表明:吉林石化公司开发的IR是一种综合性能优异的新型合成橡胶,在NR中并用40份IR,不仅能够延长焦烧时间,提高操作安全性,而且还能够改善NR的耐老化性、压缩生热性能和耐动态切割性。Physical mechanical properties, dynamic properties and vulcanization characteristics of rare-earth IR/NR blends were investigated and compared with NR. The results showed that rare-earth IR to be developed independently was a novel synthetic rubber with excellent comprehensive performance,and it can partly substitute NR.. When IR/NR blending ratio was 40/60,Not only vulcanization characteristics of NR was greatly improved and the safety in operation was enhanced, But also the heat-aging resistance properties,heat build up and dynamic cutting resistance of vulcanizates were improved to different degrees.
