莱姆关节炎的X线分析(附6例报告)

摘　　要：对来自我省疫区的6例莱姆病患者进行了X线平片检查。结果发现,3例病人的双侧手、足关节骨质呈普遍性疏松脱钙。其中有2例患者的双侧手、腕、腕骨间及近侧指间等关节间隙,均显示模糊、变窄、甚至融合现象。近侧指间关节骨性关节面呈边缘性或广泛性的骨质侵蚀缺损,并伴指间关节的半脱位和屈曲畸形。双足小关节也有类似上述的改变。表明晚期病人主要呈对称性、多发性的手足小关节炎。这与文献报道为非对称性、且较少累及手足小关节不同。Six patients with Lyme disease were examinated with X-ray. It was found that 3 cases were common rarefaction and decalcification of bones in their foot and hand articulations. Two of them, the articulatory cavities of both hands, wrists and fingers manifested indistinction, narrowing or mixing-togather. The osseous articulatory surface layers of fingers and toes were boundary or extensive corrosion and breakdown, accompanied by semi-dislocation and deformities of finger articulations. These results were unsimilar to other reports, and showed that the symmetry and multiple arthritis of little articulations were the characteristic of advanced Lyme disease in Anhui province.
