摘  要:以保存4a的青春38小麦种子为供试材料,用不同质量浓度聚乙二醇、青霉素、甲基托布津、高锰酸钾、双氧水进行浸种处理。结果表明,以200mg/L聚乙二醇、200mg/L青霉素、1.5g/L甲基托布津、10g/L高锰酸钾及双氧水浸泡10min处理种子,其发芽率、幼苗根系活力、叶片叶绿素含量和田间成苗效果最好,与CK差异达到显著水平(P<0.05)。说明一定质量浓度和时间的药剂浸种处理促进小麦陈种子新陈代谢系统的修复和恢复,充分利用胚中贮存的营养物质,使幼苗达到与正常常规种子生长的指标,建议在农业生产实践中应用。Four-year-stored wheat seeds of Qingchun 38,were selected as material in this experiment.The germination experiments in both room and field tests were conducted with the materials treated with different mass concentration of peg,penicillin,thiophanate-methyl and H2O2 and water served as the control for.The results showed that 10 min treatment respectively with 200 mg/L PEG,200 mg/L penicillin,1.5 g/L thiophanate-methyl and potassium permanganate 10 g/L and H2O2 had the best effect on seed germination,root activity,content of chlorophyll and field seedling rate,which was significantly different from the control.Thus treatment with appropriate concentration of PEG,penicillin,thiophanate-methyl and H2O2 can remedy and promote seeds' metabolic system to make full use of nutrient substances stored in endosperm and enable seedling to reach the same standard as normal seeds.This method can be used in agricultural production.
