重庆市主城区小城镇城乡统筹发展规划策略研究

摘　　要：重庆主城区城郊27个小城镇是主城区有机组成部分,是中心城区向广袤农村地区过渡的区域。深入研究新时期近郊小城镇可持续发展的规划策略,充分发挥小城镇衔接城乡的纽带作用,保护好主城周边的生态环境和文化特征,率先建成城乡统筹发展示范区和小康社会先行区,不仅是贯彻落实党中央对重庆的"314"总体战略部署、构建城乡统筹改革实验区的需要,也对推进城镇化、完善主城区城市功能、提升城市整体形象、保障城市生态环境等方面具有重要的作用。There are 27 lownlets, as the bridge between urban and the wild rural area, intersperse among the environs of urban Chongqing. The efficacies of research in these townlets are obviously. It puls the ＂Chongqing 3.14 strategic plan＂ into practice; it＇s the requisite of ＂urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area＂; it makes a difference in perfecting in shape and function of urban Chongqing, promoting the city＇s image and environmental protection to the city. The essay researches in four aspects of townlets planning： strategies of sustainable development, protection in environment and tradition, bridge between urban and rural area and the ＂urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area＂.
