22例妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌诊治体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌临床诊断和治疗方面的经验体会。方法：回顾性分析我院2006年1月至2011年12月间收治22例妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌的临床资料，对其诊断治疗分析总结。结果：全组病例随诊5个月至6年，15例随访至今仍健在，未发生复发转移，有2例死亡，另有2例出现骨转移，1例出现肝转移，1例出现双肺转移，1例出现对侧腋窝淋巴结转移。结论：妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌的预后取决于临床分期、病理类型、受体情况及其综合治疗。Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer during pregnancy and lactation. Method The clinical data of 22 patients with breast cancer during pregnancy and lactation treated in our hos- pital from 2006 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The group of cases were followed up between five months to 6 years, 15 cases is still alive, without relapse and metastasis, 2 cases died, 2 cases appeared to bone metastasis, one liver metastasis, one lung metastasis, and 1 case of the axillary lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The prognosis of breast cancer during pregnancy and lactation derived in clinical stage majority of the carcinoma hormone receptor status and com- bined therapy.
