传统修补术与无张力修补术对腹股沟疝合并糖尿病患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨传统斜疝修补术与疝环充填式无张力疝修补术对腹股沟斜疝合并糖尿病患者康复的影响。方法：选择腹股沟斜疝病人lOO例，随机分为Ⅰ，Ⅱ两组，每组50例，Ⅰ组行传统修补术，Ⅱ组行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术，所用疝环充填物和成形补片由单纤维编织的聚丙烯网（Marlex）制成。结果：Ⅱ组病人手术时间短，术后疼痛轻，恢复快，并发症少，并且不增加费用。结论：疝环充填式无张力疝修补术完全可以替代传统腹股沟斜疝修补术，且对腹股沟疝合并糖尿病患者尤为适宜。Objective：The traditional ramps and repair of hernia mesh plug tension--free hernia repair in the treatment of diabetes indirect inguinal hernia with the clinical efficacy comparison. Methods Indirect inguinal hernia patients 100 pa- tients were randomly divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ two groups 50 cases, the group Ⅰpurposes hernia ring plug tension--free hernia repair operation, the mesh used by the filling and forming patch of single fiber woven by the polypropylene Network （Marlex） made of group II repair of the traditional trip. Results Group 1 patients shorter operative time, postoperative pain, quicker recovery, fewer complications, and does not increase costs. Conclusion Hernia ring plug tension--free her- nia repair operation can fully replace traditional indirect inguinal hernia repair operation, and the inguinal hernia is particu- larly suitable for those with diabetes.
