摘　　要：回顾性总结10例儿童心脏瓣膜置换术后的护理材料。发现心脏瓣膜术后主要并发症有低心排、急性心包填塞、心律失常、呼吸功能不全、急性肾功能衰竭、抗凝与出血、感染等。一般出现在手术后早期，做好术前准备，加强术后监护，可预防或减少并发症的发生，从而挽救患儿的生命。retrospective summary ten cases of children with cardiomegaly after heart valve replacement operation nursing material Found after heart valve main complications have low heart row, cardiac tamponade, arrhythmia, respir- atory insufficiency, acute renal failure, anticoagulation and bleeding, infection, etc. General appeared in the early after surgery, completes the preoperative preparation, strengthening postoperative care can prevent or reduce the occurrence of complications, so as to save the patiengs life.
