强直性脊柱炎（AS）伴脊柱侧曲畸形标本考察

摘　　要：在制作标本的过程中发现一例脊柱多发性脊椎骨质增生畸形的标本采用体质学考察法进行观测，发现脊柱粗细不均，T5特别细缩（椎体前高：15．58mm；横径；22．98ram）在T2~T9间凸向右侧弯曲，经Ferguson法测得该侧弯角为146．72°。椎体上、下前缘处普遍出现唇状增生，侧缘可见骨刺或骨桥。认为该例标本可能为一强直性脊柱炎（AS）所致的多发性脊椎骨质增生伴脊柱侧弯畸形。in the process of making specimen found in case of spinal multiple vertebral bone hyperplasia deformed specimens using physical science investigation method for observation and found spinal weight, T5 particularly evident （job includes high： 15.58 ram; transverse diameter; 22.98 mm） in T2 -- T9 convex to the right between the bending, vertebral body upper and lower front place generally appear lip shape hyperplasia, edge visible osteophytes or bone bridge; Ferguson method by measuring the side Angle is 146.72 ~.
