人体变异与畸形标本科学考察意义——大学生科技创新实践报告

摘  要:该研究项目属于变异与畸形标本考察系列作品。所有考察材料均源于本院人体科技馆标本库,采用非测量性观察和马丁仪(±0.1mm)体质测量方法进行考察,参照《人体测量手册》与《中国人解剖学数值》,结合X一影像、统计图表和数码图片综合分析,发现“先天性多骶椎融合畸形”、“多发性脊椎骨质增生(AS)伴脊柱侧弯畸形”、“完全性胸骨裂并多器官外露畸形”、“对称性颅顶骨凹陷性萎缩畸形”、“进行性肌肉萎缩(肌假性肥大症)伴骨萎缩畸形”、“股骨颈干角外翻畸形”、“双源性肝固有动脉分支伴胆囊动脉起点变异一例”、“MiehelsⅣ型替代性肝动脉变异”、“罕见型肝门静脉变异”、“对称性腹股沟隐睾变异”、“先天性7叶肺变异”等标本50余项,对其中20余项已立题考察,取得了丰富的系列解剖学资料,仍有一批标本正在考察肯定当中,旨在彰显大学生研究性学习与创新实践成果。This research project belongs to the series works of the variation and deformed specimens investigation. All investigated materials are derived from the specimen library of the body science and technology museum in Changsha Medical University (Changsha Hunan). In the research, specimens are inspeeted with non--measuring observation methods and physical measurement methods with Martin instrument (~ 0. lmm). The conclusion is obtained with the reference to "an- thropometrie Manual" and "Chinese people anatomy values" and a comprehensive analysis combined with X--images, charts and digital pictures. About 50 specimens are found, whieh are as follows, "Congenital sacral fusion deformity", "The multi- ple vertebrae stromal hyperplasia (AS) accompanied by seoliosis", "Completely sternal cleft and multiple organ exposed de- formity", "Symmetry parietal depressed atrophy", "Progressive muscular atrophy (muscle pseudo--hypertrophy) accompa- nied by bone atrophy", "Femoral neck-- shaft angle valgus deformity", "Dual-- borne hepatic artery branches with cystic ar- tery starting point mutation one case", "Michels IV alternative hepatic artery variation", "A rare hepatic portal vein varia- tion", "Symmetry inguinal cryptorchid variation", "Congenital 7 leaves lungs variation" and so on. A large number of ana- tomical data are obtained through the filing investigation of more than 20 specimens of them. There are still many specimens being investigated to be certain. This report design to highlight the research study and innovative practice results.
