瓣的分类和归类探讨

摘　　要：目的：为了把繁杂分散皮瓣的类型归纳为简单明了的四类，并一一归类。方法：把目前世界上所提到的皮瓣分为：任意瓣、复合瓣、旋转瓣、旋换蒂瓣。结果：这四类辨能基本包含面前所有提到的所有皮瓣。结论：这四类皮瓣能为手术医生提供了解瓣的类型，了解需要选择瓣的做法，同时，为同行发现新瓣的命名方法提供参考。也便于教学，使初学者更易于理解瓣。Objective： to let operators recognize the classification of flaps,in order to let operators chose correct flaps when he/she needs flaps cover wounds, meanwhile, give others a new method to name new flaps and this can instruct teaching. Method：classify all flaps to four types random flap,complex flap, rotation flap and transform pedicle flap. Re- suit： the four types include all flaps which be used in clinic before. Conclusion.. the elassificasion not only help operators to chose correct flaps to repair wounds but also have practical value.
