微波治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察应用锡类散配合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法：将254例宫颈糜烂Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度患者随机分为治疗组，对照组。治疗组微波治疗宫颈糜烂面后，用锡类散棉球阴道上药。对照组单纯微波治疗宫颈糜烂面，比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗组127例，痊愈99例，好转26例，无效2例，总有效率98．4％；对照组127例，痊愈61例，好转50例，无效16例，总有效率87．4％，两组有显著差异。治疗组优于对照组。结论：锡类散配合微波治疗宫颈糜烂，可有效的减少出血，缓解宫颈水肿，减少阴道排液，对创面愈合有显著的疗效。Objective： to observe the application of tin powder with microwave treatment of cervical erosion clinical cura rive effect. Methods： 254 patients with cervical erosion Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲdegrees were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group microwave treatment of cervical erosion surface, with tin loose cotton ball vaginal irriga- tion. Control group simple microwave treatment of cervical erosion surface, compared with two groups of curative effect. Re sults： the treatment group 127 cases, 99 cases of recovery, the 26 cases effectiveness and 2 cases, the total effective rate 98. 4~, Among the 127 cases, 61 cases of recovery, the fifty cases effectiveness and 16 cases, the total effective rate 87.4~ , two groups have significant difference, the treatment group than in control group. Conclusion： tin powder with microwave treatment of cervical erosion, can effective reduce bleeding, alleviate cervical edema, reduce the vagina drainage, the wound healing have remarkable curative effect.
